Also after tweaking the length of the build able area even the slightest it makes it so you can build anywhere on the map. The green barrier still remains because like i said i’m new so i’m learning so it still needs to be adjusted. And in doing so I have successfully expanded the area so you can build on the entire island allowing it to be a settlement, also allowing to assign settlers anywhere you please. After looking for a mod to allow me to build outside Croup manor’s barrier with no avail i decided to attempt my first mod.
